Preparing the Offer
When you find a home you love, you might worry it will slip away. But don’t stress – I’m here to ensure you get that home at a price that works for you.
The first step is preparing the Offer, which outlines your price and any conditions. The price must reflect the market value to get the seller’s attention, but also be careful not to overpay.
Don’t worry, I know how to craft a winning offer and negotiate to get you the best deal, always looking out for your interests throughout the process.
How the Process Works
When you decide to make an offer on a home, here’s what happens:
- I’ll recommend a fair price that gives you the best chance of acceptance, without overpaying.
- Sellers prefer offers with no conditions, but I may suggest including one for your protection, like a home inspection.
- I’ll prepare the necessary documents and present your offer personally to the seller’s agent.
- If the offer isn’t accepted or there’s a counter-offer, I’ll negotiate on your behalf to reach a deal.
- You’ll be kept informed every step of the way.
- Once an agreement is made, I’ll guide you through removing conditions and closing the deal.
Making an offer doesn’t have to be stressful. As your agent, I’m here to ensure you get the home you want.
